We currently supply and dispatch orders within Australia only. -

Packaging and Postage
Shipping is calculated at checkout and added to your total order amount. -

Order Acceptance
Orders will be accepted or rejected within five (5) days. If no response is provided within that period, the order is deemed rejected. Most rejections occur when a product is out of stock. -

Once submitted, an order cannot be cancelled while awaiting acceptance or rejection. -
Delivery and Payment
Delivery information, including typical dispatch times, is outlined on our website. Title to the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full. Payment terms appear on the checkout page. -

Risk transfers to you at the time of dispatch from our facility.
Order Cancellation Due to Error
If a product is listed with the wrong price or description due to an error, we may cancel the order. If your payment has already been processed, we will refund the full amount.
